Because women are the primary caregivers of our children, it is important that We Are Well. Learn how to balance the many roles women take on in leading healthy, nurturing, productive and purpose driven lives as Star Seeds, created to help the earth heal, grow, and change.
Pandemic Ready
Covid 19 is just another epidemic that once again revealed a Historically Humanitarian Crisis that has been going on for centuries, and it repeatedly continues to resurface every pandemic after pandemic. The poor condition and weakened state of man's immune system is the reason why so many lives have been lost. Unhealthy and unprepared is a deadly combination. This is a call for new level eating, new level thinking, and new level living. This workshop for women, mothers, and daughters is a direct response to the Covid 19 Pandemic, to help families better prepare for unexpected events that threatens the well-being and livelihoods of their families. As we embrace the fact that this too shall past, we are forced to live with the fact that life will be forever changed. Be ready.

Our totally awesome project involves revitalizing neighborhoods, relieving the burden of poverty from people experiencing hardships, and replinishing the streets of underserved neighborhoods. We are passionate about strengthening communities by building up women, mothers, and daughters through educational workshops designed to uplift individuals living below their high calling. We believe that every mother should start a tradition of having their own vegetable and herbal garden to care for her family and to teach them to grow their own foods and herbs for their family to live a more healthier sustainable lifestyle. We also teach the importance of composting to give back to the earth which would form a recipricol relationship between them and mother earth. We empower these women to take their rightful place in their community which is vital to neighborhood restoration. But, what's a relationship with nature without their very own patch of nature to begin with, care for, and watch over to build skill and confidence to have the courage to go beyond her front yard. This project we hope, will birth a new hope in high-risk neighborhoods and genuinely develop a sense of accountability to care for the environment that we live in and have longed to see in low-income communities. We hope that this project would stimulate more activity and involvement within the community from the people who live, work and play there. This will bring neighbors together giving people a sense of community and belonging and sharing one common purpose...To Make Miami Better. We believe that healthy happy mothers means healthy happy families, and healthy happy families means healthy happy communities, and healthy happy communities means a better brighter future for all.

When women are empowered, remarkable things happen. Positive impacts send ripple effects throughout the home and entire communities. She gains power and control over her life making more healthier and strategic choices. When women thrive, families and communities become more resilient in being better prepared for unexpected events having a better response to pandemics, emergencies, and natural disasters.
A set of new possibilities become visible and self-actualization becomes a reality. She's more likely to pursue purpose, start a business, a nonprofit, a support group, or participate in the workforce. Empowered women have a strong sense of belonging urging them to participate in community action where she advocates for social change and justice that leads to more equitable and inclusive societies. These outcomes line up with the nation's goals of promoting equity and addressing racial disparities which are pivotal to achieving social justice and sustainable development.

We believe that women are very important to building strong communities because of the nurturing, educating and empowering roles that we play. The real Super Heros of today are not only nuturing and keeping our children safe, but are creating an atmosphere for our children to flourish.
Ensuring a mother's well-being is crucial because it directly impacts the health and development of her children. Mothers play a vital role in providing emotional support, nurturing care, and shaping a child's early life experiences. A healthy mother is better equipped to provide optimal care, leading to positive outcomes for the entire family.
Your donation will help meet the current needs of children and families to relieve the burden of poverty so that mothers can focus on higher level achievements and family initiatives.

​Public assistance affects women's spiritual, social, and economic growth and stunts the development of their potential. It often causes feelings of shame, inadequacy, and a diminished sense of self-worth due to the stigma associated with relying on government aid. While it is a good stepping-stone and leverage to get ahead, it is only meant to stabilize the family. Encouraging mothers to create a plan to level up out of poverty is the goal. Providing these women with the knowledge, tools and trainings are essential to creating for her and her family financial freedom, economic stability and generational wealth.
